Jonathan and Lindsey Hansen are currently on staff with a missions organization called Bethel Mission Outreach. Bethel Mission Outreach is located in Croix Des Bouquets, Haiti. It is a Christ-centered organization that seeks to spread the Gospel by meeting the practical needs of the Haitian people. The mission base is located only 6 miles outside of Port Au Prince and the community in Croix De Boques was devastated by the recent earthquake. Thousands of homes were destroyed and the people are in desperate need of food, medicine, clothing, and housing.
Bethel Mission Outreach is meeting these needs in several ways. They have transformed the local mission base into a refugee center. It is open to everyone who is in need of food, shelter, and basic medicine. Currently they are feeding and housing hundreds of people every day. In addition to this they have initiated a housing project that plans to rebuild 40 homes. In all of their efforts God is drawing many new converts and their local church is growing quickly.
We are serving Bethel Mission Outreach as their American representatives. The work they are doing is relatively unknown and it is in need of state-side representation that will further connect them with donors and churches in America. In addition to providing communication and operations support in the U.S., we will be leading short-term mission trips 3-4 times a year that focus on serving the people and earthquake relief.
Youth Ministry
In addition to international missions, Jonathan and Lindsey feel a strong calling to reach out to the youth of this generation. They have had many opportunities in the past year to minister to youth from all across America. It is clear that this generation of youth is being faced with more trials, pain, loneliness, and temptation than any other generation in the history of the world. We have witnessed God deliver kids from drug addictions, abusive relationships, self-hatred, suicidal thoughts, pornography, and countless other problems. The transforming effect of the Gospel is just as powerful today as it was 2000 years ago. The message of Christ’s love, power and redemption never fails to deliver people from their deepest strongholds.
Urban Ministry and Drug Rehabilitation
Lastly, but certainly not least, Jonathan and Lindsey are involved in a variety of urban ministries that include drug rehabilitation, feeding the homeless, and weekly visits to underprivileged families.

Jonathan & Lindsey,
Yesterday Ginny & I set up a monthly support of $50 per month. God bless you with the delivery of the baby and in your life, ministry and study.
